Twenty years as a helicopter instructor in the Army Air Corps and the RAF. Led the design and delivery of synthetic training for the RAF's Puma 2 introduction, and was military lead for the Royal Canadian Air Force's first Level 7 flight training device.
Co-founder & CTO
Generative AI, immersive learning and enterprise training systems. Has built training for Lockheed Martin, NATO, the UK MOD, Leonardo Helicopters and the Norwegian Ministry of Justice, and worked on UKMFTS, JADL and NAWSARH.
