MAXRES was founded to fix a specific failure: training that arrives two years after the capability it is meant to support. We started in defence because that is where the consequences are clearest, and the security bar is highest.

AI is our chance to democratise access to highly technical training systems, globally. A rare opportunity to upskill anyone, anywhere, anytime, to do anything.

Founded in the UK by two founders who had run this problem from inside military training, but from different angles.
- 2023
Commercial generative AI arrives and organisations immediately ban proprietary material from public models. The platform is built for the opposite approach: sovereign, inside the boundary.
- 2024
Winner of the Disruptive Technology Challenge run by DSTL, the MOD's science laboratory. First defence deployments of Construct.
- 2025
CAE Systems assess the output: around 70% passed with no human changes. Whitepaper selected for presentation at IT2EC in Oslo.
- 2026
BAE Systems signed. Architect, Morpheus and MSDS hardware released. Armed Forces Covenant signed. Silicon Gorge Catalyst finalist. Delivery into acute clinical and blue light. Bridging raise opened.
